Overall experience was okay. I was rebooked at an earlier time and then when I arrived almost 20-30 minutes went by before the therapist was ready. I found that disrespectful considering they asked me to reschedule. The massage itself was good, the therapist was obviously experienced and the massage itself was enjoyable, I loved the use of hot towels at the end. Disappointing to have wait so long to find out the reason for reschedule was for personal beauty reasons and not what was stated.
