The stylist used a hairbrush with a material middle which still had customers’ hair on so that hadn’t been disinfected. She didn’t know how to shorten my layers without losing overall length, and didn’t blend my layers together. She didn’t have the right tools for the job, using normal hair scissors for feathering and she fried my hair and ruined my natural loose curls with excessive heat and didn’t use heat protection or follow up with any product so my hair is incredibly frizzy after washing.
