Possibly the worst hairdressing appointment I have ever had!! I arrived to be told they were not ready for my appointment and would need to have their lunch first. I had prepaid but was told I would need to pay extra as the salon prices are different to the prices listed on Treatwell. The place is very dirty. I had to ask them to remove an old bowl of hair dye from the sink before starting. Have been here a few times and this will definitely be the last! Very unwelcoming. Very unprofessional.

“definition brows” worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon.
The therapist (with notably poor hygiene) told me to sit in the chair with no consultation & didn’t map out my eyebrows or ask questions.
She threaded and tinted without asking what colour or shape I wanted, using a warm dark brown (I’m blonde).
Application was thick & messy, I ended up getting up and cleaning it myself so it wouldn’t stain my skin. She was also giving another client a hair cut during my treatment. Don’t recommend.

The lady who gave the massage was lovely and accommodating. However the place was dirty. I was taken to a small room about 2mx 1m wide, so could barely move to take off clothes and I’m a slim person, mouldy walls, no peg for coat, unclean crusty fleece blanket used to cover the body instead of a clean towel. It’s a shame as the massage was good.
