The therapist was very nice but it was so stressful. I’ve had Hollywood waxes for seven years and this is the only time I’ve suggested we stop halfway through. With every strip she couldn’t get enough grip to pull it off so was quite aggressive with how she picked it off. I had zero confidence in her which is quite important when you’re getting an intimate wax. Really hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else having my experience.

I didn't have a great experience here. The therapist was very aggressive with my cuticles. I got handed over to someone else mid treatment while the other person closed down the shop. I had the last appointment in the day and felt like it was very rushed towards the end. I went for a very basic gel colour and even that didn't come out well. Overall very disappointed and will not be coming back.
