I should have realised that they had last minute space for a reason. The room was a dirty area out the back. Walking through I stepped over a cigarette butt. I should have turned away then but i persevered because im 8 months pregnant and really wanted a foot massage. The lady who did my treatments was nice enough but it all felt very made up. There was no consultation or questions about my skin. The products were horrible, cheap and sticky feeling and her technique was very random. She put on the face mask, and started a limp foot massage that again felt made up...nice but pointless. She asked me how long it should take. When she finished rubbing my feet she moved up to my face to remove the mask. Without washing her hands. I went home and had a really good scrub in the shower as i just felt grotty. Defo a lesson learned.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had, extra care was taken during the massage even my legs were massaged. It looks lovely and the staff were great.
