My eyebrows are no longer matching shape and they were when I arrived in the salon.
One is overly arched and the other is my normal shape. One of my eyebrows wasn’t threaded above the brow so not matching the other, which has been threaded above the brow.
Even down to the length of my eyebrow hairs, they are inconsistent and look ridiculous when they are brushed upwards.
Really really disappointing and had a different person and she was really great

The therapist was very nice but it was so stressful. I’ve had Hollywood waxes for seven years and this is the only time I’ve suggested we stop halfway through. With every strip she couldn’t get enough grip to pull it off so was quite aggressive with how she picked it off. I had zero confidence in her which is quite important when you’re getting an intimate wax. Really hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else having my experience.
