This was honestly one of the worst hair appointments that I have every had. Firstly, even though I had made a booking, they made it very obvious that they were not expecting me.
When Fatima was washing my hair she kept putting water on my face and she would pull my head down into the sink with my hair.
When cutting my hair she kept insisting on cutting with a middle parting even though I do not have this. It was uneven even though she insisted it would be fine. I had to fix myself at home.
