Staff are brilliant and waxing is quick and efficient. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my appointment to begin which was slightly annoying but the salon was busy so understandable!

The girls were very busy and having to deal with a difficult customer, so I don't have sympathy for them as they were trying their best and remained polite throughout, however when returning home I realised my cut wasn't even and was shorter than I'd asked.

Good wax but a bit impersonal, felt more like a sales pitch than a beauty treatment as the beautician was trying to sell me a package deal whilst having my wax and then stopped talking entirely when I declined.
