Booked this massage for my boyfriend on his birthday as I had to work and couldn’t spend all day with him, with his name down on the booking, he turned up to the venue early and was told that no one was available to provide the treatment and that it had to be rearranged. I have tried to contact the venue but not had any luck.

I booked a Brazilian wax with honey wax, when I arrived I was told that they don’t do this anymore and I needed to spend an extra £15 for the better wax as otherwise it would rip my skin. After refusing and asking for a refund they offered to do the more expensive wax for the same price and I agreed, apologising for initially being awkward! When we went down to the room, the towels were all dirty and covered in bleach and there was no towel or disposable knickers to cover myself with. The girl who carried out the wax herself was very relaxing and kind, however her skills of waxing were poor, she did not hold the skin before pulling the wax away and by the end I was covered in a rash from this. I didn’t check the finished job as I was in the most pain I have ever been in from a wax and just wanted to get out. When I got home I checked and I had a lot of hair left and was covered in so much wax which I have spent the last hour removing myself. I strongly do not recommend using this place for a bikini wax.
