Lovely staff members, but the massage wasn’t the full hour that i paid for & I was left for 10-15mins after being told to get unaddressed. It was also suppose to be a deep tissue massage & it was pretty much the same as a relaxing one.

The salon was cold and unwelcoming. The procedure was not explained to me. I did not receive a consultation on colour or what the tinting would entail. I was not told the length of time that the tint would need to be on my eyelashes and when I explained that I was finding it difficult to keep my eyes closed and relax, I was given no re-assurance . In the end I asked them to take the tint off my eyelashes as I was so uncomfortable. The eyebrow tint was sloppy. Never again. Would not recommend.
