It had been a while since I had had a massage. It was a good massage but I was full of tension so it hurt at times but three days later my back is feeling much better, well worth the money. The therapist was very friendly and (from my limited experience) seemed very thorough. She was certainly put to task with getting rid of a whole load of knots. I would just say bringing up politics during a massage is not the most relaxing topic of conversation - I should have said something at the time.
