Not like the photos in any way. Dirty floors and surfaces. Most staff not in masks. Hairdressers nails were long & rough scratching my neck. I was not asked what I wanted done, I had to offer up the information and request. Uneven cut. I ended up just asking her to quickly finish blow drying so I could leave. Already made an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed.
