If there is one thing in your life that you should get that incorporates a pamper a destress and therapy all in one it’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Jody is just the nicest person and the way this makes you feel not just instantly but a good few weeks afterwards makes it worth every penny. This is my fourth now and is a regular bi monthly part of my wellbeing
