Highly recommend this place for a shellac manicure - I’ve been twice now and love it. Friendly and competent staff, they don’t rush at all and very clean. Also open late Thursdays which is very useful!

I had a late appointment for hollywood waxing, the lady was kind and changed it to an earlier one. The venue is well decorated and clean. The lady who did my treatment, Nadia, was professional, friendly and she did a perfect job!

I really don’t want to give the salon anything which impacts on their success... but when I went to the salon, I didn’t like the way the owner spoke to the other girls who work there. They were working hard and there was no need to give them a hard time and be snappy with them. Customer service is as much about how you treat your staff as how you treat your customers. Also, the eyebrow wax burnt the top of my eye and there is really dry skin now there! The shape and colour are nice, but sort out how your management treats your staff.
