I chose Diiva after seeing so many great reviews, so I’m confused why my experience with Fatma was so different. The salon felt messy, the appointment was rushed, and there was little engagement, I left feeling stressed and disappointed. My curly hair was brushed and blow-dried without a diffuser, leaving it frizzy, and I had to rewash it at home. The cut itself is good, but the overall service felt unprofessional. For the same price, many places in Tooting offer far better care and attention.
