The lady who did my treatments was absolutely lovely and very good at what she does! I'm super happy with the eyebrow wax and color, they look amazing! Best I've had so far. My eyelashes don't have quite as much curl in them as I've previously had with this kind of treatment, but that's probably partly because I've got really abnormal eyelashes (Insanely straight and downwards facing), so would still definitely recommend.

The lady was very nice and made you feel comfortable. However, instead of doing a number of small sections quickly, 5 massive sections were done instead which was a lot more painful and when asked to do it differently, the request was refused. However it was not expensive so you get what you pay for.
