Over 20 minutes delayed which meant I had to have my eyelash tint at the same time as my Hollywood which was fine and the lash tint is nice. However, the pads kept sliding off my face and. I touched one to stop it falling onto my shirt which then Meant I had dye all over my hands. The wax was pretty brutal. The wax was ridiculously hot; too hot. I’ve been having waxes for a decade and I’ve never felt it this hot. Despite me saying ‘it feels really hot today’ I just got palmed off with excuses. It also took ages to do, over 40 mins for just the front so I didn’t have time to get the back done. The therapist acknowledged I wasn’t happy but there was no offer of a part or full refund. Had an OK experience there last time so thought I’d return today but they are always rushed and too busy and today the service I got was very very poor. Bit of a shame.
