What took me by surprise the most is how the staff are extremely friendly and very patient, staff will more often than not tell you what deals they have going on this month before you begin your beauty regime, which is always very helpful if you’re on a budget, and do a job where you’re on your feet a lot. Fatima always recommends the best treatments for me and they are always provided with a smile and a friendly face. DS Hair and Beauty is always very clean, and a comfortable environment, I feel like I can relax there, which is very important. The Only negative thing about it is that it’s very small, which is unfortunately out of Fatimas control, however the space that is there utilised very well by Fatima, overall 10/10 from me! I have also recommended Fatima to friends of mine, and they think the exact same. I look forward to my appointments at DS Hair and Beauty.

Fatmah was so kind and easy to talk to. The back massage was thorough and firm and I could really feel the knots coming out. The head massage was a little rough for me and a lot of oil was used, you will need a shower! The massage bed was uneven and shook throughout the treatment, it was a little bit distracting sometimes. Overall it was good value for money and I would return.
