The tint and shape was great - in the end. I didn't know that I had to come in for a patch test, as I didn't read my confirmation email. What I feel could be improved, is that no one from the salon called me about this patch test prior to my treatment, so I arrived for my tint and was told it couldn't be done. I had made childcare arrangements, so this was frustrating.
However, the ladies fitted me in two days later, and the treatments themselves were great.
