Richard is very nice and wants to make you feel comfortable. He really wants to get the haircut right and checks in a lot about what you are thinking - making sure you are happy with the cut. He is very experienced yet still very open about listening to feedback and will make changes if he is able too. My daughter ( a teenager) and I both go to Richard for our haircuts.
