As always a very welcoming and friendly time, Haircut to my liking and always asked about detail as we go along. Richard always remembers little personal details and it is good to chat to him too. Salon always clean and inviting. My haircut always lasts well which for me is good as I can't afford it too often but try to go back as often as possible. As always very pleased with the experience.
