I'm afraid I didn't have the best experience, the receptionist wasn't even able to tell me where to go, just generally waved me towards the stairs - I then waited upstairs, hoping a massage therapist would come out and grab me as I wasn't sure where to go.
I wasn't asked if I had any problems and the massage used the same movements over and over agains, without the therapist ever focusing on the problematic areas so it had very little health effect. It was also cut slighty short of the 30 minutes.
