It was overall a good experience, my eyebrows are good. Unfortunately, I specifically made a point that I had been growing my eyebrows out after the last salon did them uneven, the left higher than the right, and asked that they try to bring them to a similar level - exact same as before. But they look good so it’s a good overall.

Very poor skin cleansing, didn't see good results as in other salons. Next day my skin was bumpy all over and didn't improve for further week... Also, therapist kept getting product into my eyes. Don't recommend.

I had a Hollywood wax and it was not a gentle experience, little care taken to such a delicate area. I was sore for a couple of days after, and I regularly have this treatment without issue elsewhere.
