I had an AWESOME experience. I couldn't arrive on time but Raluca with a high standard of customer service and professionalism we went through the waxing even with no real time. She could squeeze the agenda, it was already full-book and she did the Brazilian waxing in the time record very well done! it's means she has high skills. I felt blessed and thankful to her, for her understanding of my delay and also she was beyond herself. I recommend this place, and I'll definitely come back again.
