As someone new to waxing, I have had horrific wax experiences, from women not knowing what they’re doing to them just being awkward and non welcoming. Raluca was SO lovely, I barely flinched while getting my hollywood as she clearly knew exactly what she was doing & was so friendly and talkative while doing so! 10/10 recommended, very clean environment, perfectly done wax, I will definitely be a returning customer!
