The lash lift in itself was okay, although it finished after 25 - 30 minutes so feels like a rushed job. The customer experience was disappointing and a bit awkward. The time of my appointment was unsuitable for Michaela. She said her manager had called me to reschedule but there was no call to my mobile, i showed my call log to her. She asked me about 3 times re my booking time / if anyone had called me (answer is no). This has nothing to do with me, should have been sorted between yourselves.
