Raluca is a life saviour. I always struggle with the pain of waxing and she just reassured me constantly and took her time. Other waxing parlours are always trying to rush to finish in an unreasonable amount of time but here they always go at the pace that is comfortable for the client. We chatted away and though I obviously still had pain, I left the session having completely forgotten about it.
