This was the best wax I’ve had in London. I didn’t think was possible to be as pain free as this. Kata was so thorough and gentle and honestly made what is usually a painful uncomfortable experience very easy and painless! She has very high attention to detail also and is a lovely girl. Kata was really professional, working quickly and efficiently. This was an under arm wax, one of the more sensitive treatments, and she kept making sure I was comfortable and that the wax wasn't too hot, the pain was ok (it was barely painful at all!) etc. Great service, great value.
