I went for a Hollywood wax and full legs and I wax all the time but this experience was not as painful compared to others who just rip off without holding the skin. Raluca was very friendly, professional, quick but effective, and even removed some ingrown hairs which I couldn't do myself.
Really good experience and will be coming back again and would recommend Raluca!
