I was made to wait 30 minutes. The manicurist told me to not book through Treatwell and to instead transfer the money to her bank account via my bank app, this was unprofessional. She also could not speak English, so there were misunderstandings. She also did not clean the station between people, so I was putting my hands on the visible nail dust that the previous customer left behind.
She also left nail polish on my actual fingers. Unfortunately a bad experience :(
