I’d give this place 5 stars for the blow dry but the facial left me with pimples on my forehead, I only got around 40 minutes of treatment despite it saying on treatwell it was an hour long facial and during the facial the lady kept leaving me alone for long periods of time e.g to take a personal phone call. She took the mask of whilst it was still not dried and during one of the times she left me I had the product so into my eye but no one was around downstairs where she left me for the facial. Blow dry by the owner was amazing and I’d want to come back for that. Shame about the facial though - not worth it so won’t ever go back for that!
