Ruined my eyebrows completely. I prefer Jessi to do my eyebrows but she was in a rush this time and I told her you removed the hair completely but she said it’s normal it’s suppose to be like that. And while I was talking she moved on to the next customer didn’t even apologise to me felt insulted and had to leave from there. Jessi said not to book through Treatwell because 35% gets cuts off and I should pay cash instead paying directly through Treatwell. Thank you for ruining my eyebrows.
