When I walked in the smell of nail polish was overwhelming. A bit of air freshener wouldn't have gone amiss.
With regards to my hair, I've never had such an ugly unprofessional haircut in my life. I asked for a simple trim and walked out with the front of my hair chopped off and badly blended and frankly shocking and irretrievable. I was very concerned about how she was cutting it but I thought I might be able to fix it when I got home. However when I got home and saw it properly I burst into tears. It genuinely looked like a child had taken some scissors to my hair while I was asleep. When I complained I was offered a refund but no apology nor accountability was given. Don't get your hair cut here unless you don't mind paying for it to be ruined

Really friendly staff and she did a fantastic job with my nails - I love them!
Went in and had gel nails on fingers and toes, really pretty place, the staff were friendly and the girl who did my nails did a really great job, very neat. They were waiting on order of shellac so the colour choice was a little limited at the time, but they still had a large selection.
visit was good. wasn't told before hand about having to take own lashes or having to pay. that wasn't a problem but would be nice to be told. also someone has contacted me to tell me about appointment change but didn't think to tell me then.
