This was my first time having threading done, and the therapist was patient, quick and lovely to deal with. She made it as painless as possible.
Overall strange experience.
Nobody in the shop to welcome me although I booked an appointment.
Haircut technique was quite rough, shampoo wasn't a pleasant experience either.
Very disappointed of the haircut, not what I asked for.
Nice owner though, offered a retouch.
