It was a good experience, the wig fitting was done quickly and I was given good advice by Sandra on how to maintain it.

Was greeted when I walked in, Marcia is a very nice lady - incredibly friendly, alongside Sandra. Marcia detangled, shampooed, put a moisturising treatment on my head and put me under the drying hood, then washed it out, blow dried my hair to PERFECT - it already looked like it had been slik pressed. Then proceeded to straighten my hair in sections, gave my hair a well needed cut whilst also engaging in lovely conversation. First salon tried here in Birmingham, and this will definitely become my go-to hair salon from now. Great service! 100% recommend.

The treatment offered in the package, you don't go under the dryer you get an "express treatment" at the bowl after washing for 5mins, I was told to get a full treatment it would be +£15, this should be specified at booking. Reasha was ok, lovely but didnt seem 100% confident/knowledgeable on the silk press process (which is understandable being a graduate) after straightening she was going to finish when you are meant to go under the cold dryer. Would go to Marcia if I went again
it was my first time using a wig and at a studio and i was not disappointed. devine hair studio made me feel so welcome and i couldn’t be happier with the result. i will definitely be going back!!
