I booked a 1h30 deep tissue massage to relax my muscles after a running race. I didn't realise how tense my back was until Valentina started working on it. She thoroughly removed every single knot and trigger point, using a massage gun and her hands. She also gave me lots of valuable tips for muscle recovery.
