Valentina was friendly and the wax was low on pain, though some hairs were missed so I would say the service was 4 stars. I knocked off another point as I had to pay £5 extra for the perineum to be waxed which is a standard part of a Hollywood and something I have never had to pay more for. She told me there is another option you are meant to choose which mentions side buttocks. I don’t think “side buttocks” is an accurate description and this option does not say the perineum is not included.
