The environment was welcoming. The staff were very friendly and professionally at the same time. Absolute satisfaction with my treatment.
I was most impressed by the customer service and the genuine care for the customer. The clinic itself is very well located with parking right outside.

I had my lip liner and in filling done now I just smeer Vaseline for shine without the hassle of lipstick.
The clinic is clean and hygienic looking always a big tick and Ella is very professional.
I was a bit apprehensive as over the years my eyebrows have thinned due to overplucking but Ella was fab. She outlined the shape she was going to create and gave me reassurance. I'm glad I did it my friends say I look 10 years younger!!!
Definitely worth the money and she gave me lots of eyeshadow tips to compliment the new eyebrows.
The clinic was amazing to be in and the staff were soooooo kind and lovely. I cant stop looking at myself in the mirror - my eyebrows are so beautiful. So many people have told me how great they are. Youve really changed my life Ella. Thank you so much
