I asked for a full head of colour, and a haircut. I came home and you could still see so much grey hair, it wasn’t coloured properly. I wanted my haircut above my shoulders with layers. I was disappointed with the haircut too, not enough layers were put in, although I did request that? When I got home my husband did comment that he could still see a lot of my grey hair and didn’t like my new haircut! The stylist was a lovely girl, I just wasn’t happy with the way she did my hair.

I have very fine hair and after trying to grow it decided it really didn't suit me any more. Had a bob style cut with some detail at the back. Looks really nice and so much thicker .
