I was overcharged, the website said £12.50, after finishing my blow dry I was said that my hair was shoulder length so I had to pay £15.00, then again was told to pay £18.00.I think they just made up the price which is not professional at all. I only went because I thought the price was 12.50, They should confirm with the customer before they start their work. Very disappointing.
