Kristy took the time to fully understand what I wanted from a re-style, leaving me confident that she knew what to do. She explained why/what she was doing at each step and was clear throughout the process. I was reassured that she was detail-oriented, for example, trimming away fluffy bits on my neck with the clippers. Very happy with the end result! Also, Kristy was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return when I'm ready for my next cut!
