I recently had my first laser hair removal session and had such a positive experience. I especially want to thank Ria for making the whole process so comfortable. She was absolutely lovely, really friendly and so easy to talk to, which helped calm my nerves straight away. She constantly checked that I was comfortable throughout the appointment and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic was also very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

It was an excellent experience. Rea was welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Rea explained every aspect of the procedure clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout.The treatment itself was completely stress-free, and it was lovely that she kept talking with me during the procedure, helping me feel relaxed. I am currently having a few sessions of microneedling and skin resurfacing, and I’m very happy with the care and professionalism I’ve received.
