I asked for two colours and was told it would cost £5 extra, which I was fine with. But then I was told I couldn’t pay just £5 by card because of a £10 minimum, even though I’d already paid for the main treatment. I had to either add another service or go get cash — very inconvenient. I gave up and chose one colour. To make it worse, the treatment finished in 30 minutes when it was meant to take an hour. I left feeling disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
