Helpful and knowledgeable staff but people with limited mobility cannot get pedicures due to an incident with a customer having a fall

It was more of a face massage than facial, I was expecting extractions etc but it just felt like I was having cream massaged into my face and an extra long steam. I don’t think they’re training for proper facials! The therapist/ people were lovely though
