The quality of the treatments were very good but I didn't find it all that relaxing. I would have liked to have been told what was being applied on my face and if it was going to be cold, just so I knew what to expect. Also, being left alone in the room, without being told when the beautician was coming back, was a bit unnerving. The manicure treatment took much longer than expected, if I was on a tight schedule, I would have been unhappy. Also, the times available on Treatwell are not accurate as the spa itself does not update their schedule on the website, so my appointments were delayed by 3 days. The 2 ladies who gave me my treatments were very friendly and were attentive. I also got a free sample, which was an added bonus. Overall, i probably won't go here again.
