I didn't realise that the massage included back, neck, shoulders and the head. It was great! They also incorporated a face massage to relieve tension in the jaw. It was so good, I fell asleep!

Intended to get a Brazilian wax, however the beautician was confused about what that meant and I ended up getting a hollywood wax which I'm not very happy about, especially as I had to pay more than what I'd paid for on treatwell for it. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with my treatment, until I got home and saw that it was ridiculously patchy and poorly done, and she'd bruised my skin?! I am still sore and bruised and ended up shaving my bikini line for my holiday. Overall would not recommend and will not be returning to this venue.
