Shahnaz was very lovely however she used strip wax for a Brazilian which is a massive no-no, any experienced waxer should know this. It was quite roughly applied and my skin was not happy for a few days after. They also charged extra to wax at the back which should be included in a Brazilian from my experiences at any other venue I’ve had the service. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a wax.

Wasn’t the experience I thought. No steaming or extraction. Some products and a peeling product applied snd that was it.

Chanel was wonderful. She has guided me step by step with the acne consultation and prescription for the wash and cream. I’m due to see her again in a few weeks. I truly recommend visiting the place if you have any issues with your skin.
