Popped in for a patch test ahead of laser treatment on my face. Very impressed from the moment I was greeted at the door. Though it was my first visit I felt instantly at home. Lovely clean & tidy premises and a lovely cup of coffee whilst I completed all the paperwork. Alex showed great attention to detail carefully & professionally taking me through all the procedures before administering the patch test. What I absolutely loved was that there was never any pressure to buy a service or product.
