firstly when I arrived the lady didn’t even know there was a booking, said I’ll have to text my boss which didn’t fill me with hope. I explained I am really cautious about eyebrows because I never grow hair there. I have been trying for years. She literally interrupted me and rushed me onto the bed. I started explaining that one is higher than the other…. And she immediately toook from the top of the one that is lower??? Why would you do that when I’ve said they’re uneven. Would NEVER come back
