Overall, the treatment was okay. The venue itself was fine, though I was left waiting outside for a short while before the door was opened. I was greeted with some water, which was a thoughtful touch. I had a wax, which was done quickly and without any fuss – something I appreciated – though I did notice a few hairs left afterwards. The therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout.

The place is very welcoming and nice. I was asked how I like the shape of my eyebrows and I told Sobia how to shape & clean them.Unfortunately, when I got home and washed my face I realized that there’s a new “hole” in my left eyebrow, which I didn’t notice because when the brow is brushed you can barely notice that. I would prefer that Sobia told me that in advance because we all make mistakes and I do use a pencil but still, finding that after getting home was very surprising.
