The Indian Head Massage itself was really good - it helped ease my headache and it was very relaxing. The lady was very sweet and professional. My only negative was that I arrived 10mins early (as requested by email), we started 10mins late, but we finished on time... so I only got 30mins of massage rather than 40 I paid for. Aside from that it was good.

The appointment started a bit late, which my therapist apologised for. She was very pleasant and gave some good advice about future treatments. Will use again

Unfortunately a bad experience. Understand they are new however things should be set up ahead of time. Took 50 mins of nail prep before colour was attempted to be put on then machine didn’t work. After an hour, ended up getting them to take off the colour (that wasn’t setting at all) and leave. Quite frustrating as now my nails look quite bad now and don’t have time to fix them
