The facial was as thorough (though painful - which I expected with the state of my skin) as I hope it would be and Alex made me feel that I was in good hands. She was also very understanding as I found it hard to locate the entrance to the clinic on a weekend. She also recommended some maintenance products but was never pushy, letting me read more about it online before ordering anything. Overall I was satisfied and I will recommend if you’re looking for a proper and thorough facial.
